We had decided, if all was going well with Henry and we weren't too wiped out, to head back to Florida for Spring Break. It's rather addictive, to escape into the warmth of Florida and have some time with Mom Mom and Pop Pop.
So, when Henry woke up for a feeding around 4, we got ourselves together and headed south! We planned on breaking up the trip, a bit, by stopping at St. Augustine. I'd always wanted to visit, and Big B hadn't been there since he was a kid. Of course, we love to give Brant lots of experiences too, and anything with pirates, forts and cannons is right up his alley now.
After arriving and having a yummy seafood dinner, we headed out to walk around. Being a Sunday night, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the shops on St. George St. were all open. Especially the ice cream shop!

We walked around the historical section, checking out the highlights of the city.

My boys! :-) |
Around the corner was Flagler College. It used to be a posh hotel...and if I'd not already been to college and fallen in love with Salem College, it would have been a hard decision after seeing the campus

Even the smokestack was pretty! |

I don't know if you can see it, but these are Tiffany glass windows, original from the hotel. |
As it was getting dark, we headed back to the hotel to get ready for an action packed day to come!
